Form 2408-16 until the problem is resolved.
f. Entries for OH-58D Side Beams and Transverse Roof Beams will be accomplished on an AMSAM-MMC Form 719 and DA Form 2410 per
Maintenance Information Message, OH-58D-MIM-99-002. ULLS-A units will maintain the forms manually.
g. Entries for OH-58D Corner Mounts and Restraint Spring Assemblies will be accomplished on a DA Form 2408-16 and DA Form 2410 per
Maintenance Information Message, OH-58D-MIM-99-001. ULLS-A units will maintain the DA Form 2408-16 for the landings/autorotations manually.
h. Entries for T703-AD-700/700A/700B engines, for cycles and hot section factors, will be accomplished on a DA Form 2408-16 and 2410 per TB 1-
2840-256-20-03 (OH-58-98-ASAM-01). ULLS-A units will maintain the forms manually.
i. Entries for the AN/ALQ-144(V) and selected sub-components will be accomplished using DA Form 2408-33-R and 2410 per Maintenance
Information Message, GEN-MIM-00-001. ULLS-A units will maintain the forms manually.
j. This TB has incorporated the requirements of Maintenance Information Messages, GEN-MIM-00-001 and GEN-MIM-00-002 to track specific
Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) items. These items will be tracked using the aircraft "Condition Change" DA Form 2408-16 and DA
Form 2410.
NOTE
The appropriate technical manual (-23) for each mission, design, series (MDS) or end item will be used to determine the correct TBO or
MAOT of "TC" or "RC" components/parts. There may be times when items contained herein will not be listed in the appropriate
technical manuals for the following reasons: (1) Assignment of a new basic Part Number; (2) Parts recently superseded by another part,
but still remaining in the army inventory.
k. This TB is divided into two different Sections with items in each section subdivided into separate groupings applicable to specific end items
(aircraft, engines, major/higher components, and CECOM items). End item aircraft are designated by mission, design and series (MDS). Section I is grouped by
system in Work Unit Code (WUC) sequence. Section II is grouped by system in Part Number sequence. In Section I, the identity (family) of components, sub-
components and parts will appear directly beneath the nomenclature of the next higher component, indented two spaces to the right. Each section will consist of
the following columns:
(1) NOMENCLATURE Name of the item (module, component, sub-component, or part).
(2) PART NUMBER Part number of the item.
