Section IV. DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR THE OH-58A/C AIRCRAFT
. This procedure provides instructions for the application
of a kit which protects helicopter rotor blades
against sand erosion which may occur. The steps are arranged in sequence to permit two personnel to complete
installation on the entire OH-58A/C aircraft in sequence. This instruction applies to the main rotor only. If more than two
personnel are available, both blades can be done simultaneously.
3-8. Personnel Requirements and Supplies.
a. Personnel: 2 required and one assistant (MOS 67 Series).
