Excessive
Is a term used to describe conditions where
specific limitations have not been established.
A condition is excessive if it has progressed to
the degree that, if not corrected, could result
in failure or malfunction of component prior to
the next scheduled accomplishment of the
requirement which directed attention to the
condition.
