Inspect tip of 2nd through 7th stage compressor
blades for erosion. Using a 6 inch scale measure
dimension "A" at blade tip. Blades with dimension
"A" less than shown below shall be replaced.

Inspect second stage compressor rotor blades (18) as
follows:
a.
There shall be no cracks.
b.
There shall be no bends or distortion.
c.
There shall be no corrosion pitting.
d.
There shall be no surface nicks (19) or dents (20)
greater than:
(1) 0.015 inch in depth.
(2) 0.350 inch in length.
