38. Install mechanical puller (30), part of skimming
maintenance kit (T32) on adapter (4). Tighten
puller until it bottoms on adapter (4).
39. Loosen three bolts (5) until they are free of
baffle retainer (3).
In following step, support adapter while
it is being removed. Failure to comply
will cause damage to first turbine nozzle.
40. Turn handle (31) clockwise until adapter (4)
is removed.
