9. Install mechanical puller (T61) (13) as follows:
a. Back out T-handle (15) counterclockwise all
the way.
b. Align three puller lugs (16) with three slots
(17) in turbine spacer (5).
c. Install mechanical puller (T61) (13) fully and
rotate puller handle (18), 1/3 turn clockwise,
to engage puller in turbine spacer (5).
