CAUTION
Turn screw in minute increments as adjustment
is extremely sensitive.
(4) With the water brake unloaded and oil
temperature at 100°F (38°C) minimum, adjust idle speed to
51% minimum, allowed by means of Lo-idle adjustment
(7), if required. (Turn clockwise to increase speed and
counterclockwise to decrease speed.)

9. Final Adjustments. To make final adjustments, proceed
as follows:
