The fuel system is made up of a fuel pump, fuel control
unit, temperature compensator, fuel manifold and
nozzle assembly and an Nf governor. A fuel dump
valve and two drain valves on the gas generator case
insure drainage of unused fuel after engine shutdown.
An oil-to-fuel heater uses engine oil to heat fuel entering
pump.
Fuel Pump
The vane type fuel pump is mounted on the accessory
gearbox and delivers fuel (P1) to the fuel control unit.
Fuel bypass from the control unit is fed to the pump
inlet.
