AFT SLIDER SHAFT (MT).
3.13.1 Description (Figure 3-1. Index No. 13). The aft slider shaft is mounted on the rotor shaft and bolted to the rotor
shaft support. It provides the bearing surface for aft swashplate motion.
3.13.2 Defects. Defects may occur anywhere on the slider shaft. Any damaged areas shall be inspected both before
and after repair to ensure there are no cracks. No cracks are allowed.
3.13.3 Primary Method. Magnetic Particle.

shaft removed in accordance with the applicable technical manuals listed in Table 1-1.
