Place new o-ring on
accumulator (7). Do not
lubricate o-ring.
Screw accumulator on
elbow (19). Hold backup
wrench on elbow and
tighten accumulator 55-80
in. lb (0.6-0.9 kg/m) by
turning on hexagonal
surface on accumulator
adjacent to elbow.
Install nut on hose (2) to
union (4). Do not tighten.
Install clamps (1) and
tighten clamping nuts to
35-40 in. lb (0.4-0.5 kg/m).
Hold union (4) with
backup wrench. Tighten
nut on hose (2) to 80-120
in. lb (0.9-1.4 kg/m).
