9. Position longest vane segment (15) with hole
(16) aligned with marked hole (14).
10. Install vane segment (15) with forward edge
(17) under lip (18).
11. Coat 28 bolts (19) with anti-seize compound
(E5).
12. Install 10 bolts (19) in following sequence in
holes (20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25,26, 27, 14,and
28). Do not tighten.
