Minimum breakaway torque is defined as the torque necessary to start the nut on or off the bolt with no axial load
on the nut and with the bolt through the nut.

Test nut for minimum breakaway torque by attempting to insert a matching bolt by hand Reuse only those nuts that
cannot be tightened down with fingers after the locking action engages bolt or stud. Nuts that do not meet the minimum
breakaway torque shall not be used
