When the REINVENTORY switch is momentarily toggled up (on) then off, a
discrete causes the ECU to issue a command to the Sequencer to reset and
recount the inventory in the Dispensers. The ECU then sends the refreshed
inventory data to the CI for display.

When the REINVENTORY switch is toggled up (on) and left latched in that

position, the ECU and Sequencer are set to Bypass Mode. This functionality
is used during maintenance testing for checking chaff and lare dispenses.
This Bypass Mode can be used during light operations to dispense chaff
only in the case an operational ECU and/or set of EOMS are not available
for installation on the aircraft and chaff protection is required.
