SERVICE UPON RECEIPT
INSPECTION
The Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS) is shipped in two transit cases, the computer is in one (1) case
and the printer is in another case. Each transit case comes with a packing slip. Check the equipment against the
packing slip to insure shipment is complete. Report all discrepancies in accordance with applicable instructions
(e.g., for Army instructions, see DA PAM 750-8).
Inspect the equipment for damage incurred during shipment. If the equipment has been damaged, report the
damage on SF 361, Transportation Discrepancy Report.
Check to see whether the equipment has been modified.
PRELIMINARY CHECKS AND ADJUSTMENTS OF EQUIPMENT
Perform the preparation for use and assembly procedures and checking unpacked equipment for the Aviation
Mission Planning System contained WP 0005 00.
