4-8-3 INSTALLATION
1. Where two thinner rings (1) are installed, carefully
compress each ring slightly so that the ends overlap,
then fit behind retaining plates (2) with gaps staggered
at 180 degrees.
2. Where a single thick ring (1) is installed, insure that
the side marked "Press" faces the rear of the engine.
