NOTE
The following procedure applies to both
upper and lower stator vane halves.
1. Inspect stator vanes (1) as follows:

NOTE
Stator vanes may be copper flashed.
Copper flashed stator vanes may appear
corroded or rusty. Do not reject stator
vanes for this reason.
There shall be no cracks. There shall be no
damage with sharp edges.
There shall be no nicks, burrs, pits and dents
greater than 0.100 inch depth to 0.500 inch
length.
Airfoil damage (2) shall not be greater than
0.030 inch depth and 0.025 inch length.
