CAUTION
Do not over-tighten In soft tubing a
large burr will result In hard tubing the
cutter wheel will experience excessive
wear or breakage Do not put excessive
side forces on the cutter handle. Side
forces will cause cutter wheel breakage
(2) Tighten drive screw until light contact is
just made by cutter wheel on tube. Then tighten
screw an additional 1/8 to 1/4 turn. The screw may be
tightened with the hex key provided with kit, a suitable
allen wrench, or a screw driver.
(3) Swing ratchet handle back and forth
through the available clearance until there is a
noticeable ease of rotation.
(4) Tighten drive screw an additional 1/8 to
1/4 turn and continue cutting operation Readjust drive
screw as required to maintain cutter pressure until cut
has been completed Cut shall be within 1/2 degree
square to the tube centerline
